Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax is seeking a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to lead performance and sustainability across our energy assets. In this executive role, you will design and execute optimization strategies across power generation, fuel sourcing, logistics, and commercial operations. Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll use data-driven insights to improve efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance profitability. You’ll champion continuous improvement, ensure regulatory and ESG alignment, and develop high-performing teams that advance Drax’s zero-carbon, inclusive energy future.
