Assistant Controller
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller for a temporary, full-time position. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise and experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Controller will process invoices and assist with vendor statement reconciliation, track expenses and manage payments, and support inventory reconciliation, sales order revenue reconciliation, and journal entry postings.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in accounting or finance is a plus
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Desktop
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Compensation: $24.00$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 am4:30 pm. We offer flexible hours, with a weekly schedule of 3540 hours.
