Registered Nurse – Monticello, MN

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to support students in a school-based setting in Monticello, Minnesota . This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact on student health, safety, and success.

Position Highlights

• Provide nursing care and health support to students throughout the school day
• Assess student health needs and respond to illnesses, injuries, and medical concerns
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school policies
• Develop and maintain student health plans and appropriate medical documentation
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions and provide ongoing care as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Support a safe, inclusive, and health-focused school environment

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license required
• School nursing or pediatric experience preferred
• Experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff
• Minnesota School Nurse or Public Health Nurse credentials preferred/required as applicable to the assignment
