Hitachi Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training & Development Analyst to support the growth and development of our workforce through effective training administration, coordination, and project execution.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently, learning records remain accurate, and compliance requirements are consistently met. You will manage and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) activities, coordinate training logistics, and provide valuable reporting and insights that support employee development and operational excellence. Beyond training administration, you will also coordinate a variety of projects, ensuring activities are executed in alignment with company procedures, technical requirements, contractual obligations (where applicable), and business objectives.
