Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Construction | LOCATION-Oahu, HI

Seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical construction projects in Maui. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout , with responsibility for schedule, budget, field coordination, procurement, and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and fire protection projects
  
  
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, manpower, and cost control
  
  
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation
  
  
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, GCs, owners, and vendors
  
  
• Lead equipment procurement, buyout, and long-lead planning
  
  
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and contract requirements
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Project Management or Construction Management experience
  
  
• Strong commercial mechanical/MEP construction background
  
  
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and/or fire protection
  
  
• Federal project experience, including USACE or NAVFAC , preferred
  
  
• Familiarity with FAR contracting requirements is a plus
  
  
• Strong project financials, leadership, and client communication skills
  
  
• Construction management software experience; Autodesk Build or similar preferred
