About the Position

Physician/Doctor - Family Practice

Location: OK

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (schedule may be 4x10s or 5x8s as documented)

Position Overview

Provide outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages in a clinic setting.

Clinical Scope Highlights

• Must be able to see all ages
• Patient volume (scheduled): 16-18 patients per 8-hour day; 20-22 patients per 10-hour day; ramping up to 18-24 scheduled patient appointments per day after orientation
• Support staff includes dedicated LPN for rooming, clinical assistant, RN for referral management, and nursing case managers (chronic care)
• Digital clinical assistant embedded in the EMR noted as available

Required Qualifications

• OK license required (no exception noted)
• MD or DO with Family Practice or Internal Medicine training/experience (Emergency Medicine experience noted as possible)

Credentialing / Onboarding

• Placement length: 90 days with possibility of extensions and full-time employment (as documented)
• Start upon successful completion of credentialing
