Paralegal

The Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is seeking a Paralegal for an opportunity with a globally recognized Am Law 200 firm in Boston. The paralegal would support the product liability litigation practice group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into facts, managing complex discovery, and supporting trial teams from start to finish.

What you will do:

• Support matters across the full litigation lifecycle, including trial preparation and trial attendance
• Organize, review, and analyze issue-specific documents and discovery related to the client’s defense
• Spot and summarize key facts/themes when reviewing documents, testimony, and related materials
• Assist with witness and expert interview support as needed
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work product with strong attention to detail

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated job stability/tenure
• Proven experience prepping for and attending trial
• Working knowledge of the full scope of litigation and the ability to identify what’s relevant to the case
• Strong analytical skills and an exceptional eye for detail

Work arrangement

• An in-office training period may be required initially
• After successful training completion, a hybrid schedule of 3 days in 2 remote is offered

Travel

• Ability to travel with minimal notice for trial and other locations is required

Additional Position Details

• Overtime : as needed, including some weekends during trial periods
• Salary Range: $78,000 – $117,000 (flexible based on experience)
