LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Fiduciary Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

· Drafting legal documents and correspondence including probate court filings

· Maintaining files

· Electronically filing documents

· Obtaining real estate and tax documents

· Entering billable time

· Preparing trial documents

· Corresponding with clients

Requirements:

· 2+ years of recent litigation, probate and fiduciary matters, preferred

· E-filing experience

· Strong MS Office knowledge

· Excellent communication skills

· Very organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$130,000 per year depending on education, experience, and other job-related factors.
