Job Details

Principal Responsibilities

• Reference data administration across downstream applications
• Analyze manual tasks and implement automation solutions
• Review and analyze transactional data for regulatory reporting
• General Ledger account calendar administration at month and quarter end
• Bank portal administration
• Verification and settlement of monthly bank fees
• Bank and Custody account statement management for audit
• Manage daily money market processing automation
• Reconcile money market investments cash and positions and resolve any breaks
• Coordinate and liaise with business partners (prime brokers, auditors, administrators, vendors, financing banks, etc.)
• Communicate across firm departments regarding transactions, financing, process improvements, reporting, etc.
• Analyze data and operational risk and create appropriate SOX compliant controls
• Maintain relevant vendor applications

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• 2 years minimum of relevant Operations experience
• Strong background in Excel
• Experience with Geneva (GL), Power BI, Alteryx, Python, VBA, SQL, Bloomberg strongly preferred
• Knowledge of money market products preferred but not required
• Project management experience a plus
• Must be a team player/collaborator, take ownership/pride in work, and be an excellent communicator
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must be motivated, adaptable, and proactive
