Medical Assemblers Needed

The Mission: Precision that Saves Lives At our Spring Lake facility, we don't just \"make parts.\" We build the nervous systems for life-saving medical devices and critical defense technology. We are looking for people who understand that a wire the size of a hair can be the difference between a mission's success or failure-and a patient's life or recovery. The Environment: Your Own Command Center Forget the noise and chaos of a traditional factory. Sit Down, Lean In: You'll have a dedicated, comfortable workstation designed for focus. The \"Micro\" Challenge: You'll work with tiny wires and connectors, using your hands and steady coordination to create complex harnesses. A Culture of Care: We're a team that laughs together, grows together, and actually looks out for one another. The Growth Path: We Invest in Your Hands No experience? No problem. We don't hire for what you know; we hire for your willingness to learn and your attention to detail. Earn While You Learn: Within your first 6 months, we will sponsor your IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification, turning your new skills into a professional industry credential. Direct Access: You'll work side-by-side with engineers and team leaders who value your input. What You'll Need to Join Us: A Sharp Eye: You'll need to pass a Titmus eye test (because when wires are this small, vision is everything). Steady Hands: Comfort working with tiny components and basic tools like pliers and cutters. The Basics: A High School Diploma (or equivalent), the ability to sit for your shift, and the strength to lift up to 35 lbs. The Heart: A genuine desire to do work that makes a measurable difference in the world. Are you ready to build something that matters? Your hands can change the world.
