Please note while our corporate office is based in Baldwin, WI, the majority of the work for this role will take place in MN. As such, we advertise in the MN area to attract qualified candidates in proximity to where the work is primarily performed. Regular daily travel to our WI office is not required. However, there will be occasions when travel to the corporate office will be necessary for meetings, training, or other business needs. Candidates should be comfortable with periodic travel to our WI location. Responsibilities Perform all related tasks to remove and/or install asphalt and metal roofs according to work orders; take daily inventory; track extra work needed; perform final walk‑thru with homeowner; complete and turn in all necessary paperwork on a timely basis; update CRM program as needed. Maintain and implement safety procedures and programs by following all rules and procedures in the Company and Safety Manuals, while maintaining a clean work site and vehicle. Supervise and train Roofing Sub‑Contractors in all aspects of the job duties before and during all projects; ensure that all sub‑contractors are adhering to all safety regulations. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the roofing industry. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. W2 employee (not 1099/subcontractor). Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
