Certified Nursing Assistant 6am-6pm

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and reporting of patient observations
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Minimum 0 years of experience in long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation
Ability to work 6am-6pm shifts, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
