Job Details Job Location: Oceanside, CA 92057 (Posting Only) Salary Range: $24.00 - $30.00 hourly Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth Position Summary Center for Positive Changes (CFPC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team serving youth in our Short‑Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). The MHRS will provide meaningful therapeutic support to youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges while working alongside licensed clinicians, residential staff, social workers, probation officers, and community partners. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic support to youth in a short‑term residential setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized treatment and care plans. Engage youth in evidence‑based interventions to promote coping skills and positive behavioral change. Qualifications Master’s degree or PhD and at least two (2) years of full‑time equivalent direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment. Bachelor’s degree and at least four (4) years of full‑time equivalent direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment. Associate’s Arts degree and at least six (6) years of full‑time equivalent direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment. #J-18808-Ljbffr CENTER FOR POSITIVE CHANGES
