Shift Details: Shift Days - 5 x 8

Schedule: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Days: Monday - Friday, Weekend rotation required

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 0, Contract Weeks: 52

Requirements: Valid license as required for the specialty, Relevant certifications as required for the specialty, Specific years of experience as required for the specialty

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients and families regarding health management and care plans.
