This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience who is looking to handle sophisticated construction defect and business litigation matters while working alongside an experienced and collaborative litigation team. The successful candidate will manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, gaining meaningful responsibility in a practice that values professional development, teamwork, and high-quality legal advocacy. Hybrid flexibility is available following the initial onboarding period. Compensation Salary: $130,000–$185,000+, depending on experience Monthly performance and billable-hour bonus opportunities Annual performance bonus opportunities Location & Work Arrangement Irvine, California Full-time In-office during the initial ramp-up period Hybrid flexibility available thereafter About the Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator seeking challenging work in a collaborative environment.
