Hospice Nurse-RN On Call

Addus Family company is seeking a Hospice Nurse RN On Call to provide compassionate, after-hours home-based hospice care on a 7-on/7-off schedule. In this field role, you will respond to urgent patient needs, conduct assessments, manage symptoms, and deliver comfort-focused interventions in collaboration with a mission-driven, interdisciplinary hospice team. You’ll support patients and families with education and emotional guidance, uphold rigorous quality and compliance standards, and document care accurately in our EMR.
