Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their growing Supply Chain team. What You'll Do

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you'll help ensure critical supplies, equipment, and services are delivered to support healthcare operations.

• Create and process purchase orders using company systems

• Coordinate with vendors to track orders and delivery timelines

• Monitor open orders and provide status updates to internal teams

• Follow up on backorders, shipping delays, and urgent requests

• Support invoice and order discrepancy resolution

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

• Communicate with departments to understand purchasing needs

• Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Some experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, operations, customer service, vendor coordination, or administrative support

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menands, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.16/hr.
