About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Strategic Enrollment Officer (CSEO) to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive, data-informed enrollment strategy. The CSEO will be responsible for unifying enrollment efforts across the school's four divisions, stewarding a significant financial aid program, and shaping the institution's narrative to prospective families. This executive role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in strategic enrollment management, a deep understanding of the enrollment process, and the ability to align enrollment strategy with the school's mission and financial objectives. The successful candidate will be expected to build and lead a high-functioning team, foster a culture of change management, and ensure that the school's values of inclusion and belonging are reflected in all aspects of the enrollment process. Applicants for the CSEO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in admissions and enrollment management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, financial aid optimization, and a commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive community. Personal attributes sought include being confident, relational, and a compelling storyteller, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. The role requires a collaborative individual with excellent communication skills, strong operational acumen, and the ability to build partnerships across school leadership. The CSEO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Council, and as such, must be a strategic thinker who can ensure the interconnectedness of enrollment, retention, student experience, and long-term sustainability.
