Job Description\n PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Andalusia, Alabama.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Home Health\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Duration: 27 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Pride Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Home Health Team.\n \n Location: Andalusia, AL 36420Coverage Area: Covington, Conecuh & Butler Counties\n Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,536.00Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMWeekly Guarantee: 40 hoursProductivity: 30 pointsMileage: Reimbursed between patient visitsOn-Call/Weekend: YesDress Code: Royal Blue ScrubsSetting: Home Health\n \n Job Summary:\n \n We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Covington, Conecuh, and Butler counties.\n The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide skilled clinical interventions, and coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting, including comprehensive assessments, medication management, disease management, and patient education.\n Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and OASIS assessments using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).\n Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and physician orders.\n Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, wound VAC management, IV site care and maintenance, and venipuncture.\n Monitor patient progress, identify changes in condition, and communicate appropriately with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.\n Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatment plans, disease management, safety, and appropriate home care practices.\n Maintain required productivity of 30 points while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.\n Participate in required on-call and weekend rotations.\n \n Required Qualifications\n \n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.\n Current BLS/CPR certification.\n Previous Home Health nursing experience.\n Experience documenting in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).\n Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.\n Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet field-based job requirements.\n \n Preferred Skills:\n Candidates with experience in the following areas will be strongly considered:\n \n Wound care\n Wound VAC management\n IV site care and maintenance\n Venipuncture\n OASIS documentation\n Home health care management\n \n About PRIDE Health\n \n PRIDE Health is the minority-owned healthcare recruitment division of Pride Global—an integrated human capital solutions and advisory firm.
