Caregiver / Personal Attendant / Direct Support Professional (DSP)Location: Oakland, CAWe have Immediate Client Needs For Full-Time Candidates Ready To Work ASAP.Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Hiring Bonus: $600 hiring bonus ($200 after the first full week working with clients and $400 after the completion of 90 days).We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.Are you passionate about making a positive impact on someone's life? Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Personal Attendant to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This rewarding role involves empowerment through helping with daily tasks and fostering independence.Caregiver / Personal Attendant Responsibilities:The Caregiver / Personal Attendant will support our developmentally disabled clients with their daily living activities of such as dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, medication administration and community outing. Other duties will include light housekeeping.Caregiver / Personal Attendant Qualifications:At least one (1) year experience working as a caregiver or in-home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilitiesHigh level of accountability and dependabilityMust be able to provide hands-on care and support including bathing, dressing, changing depends, assist with medication, etcMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust have a valid California Driver LicenseMust have access to reliable vehicleMust be able to pass DOJ fingerprinting/criminal background checkMust be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certificationMust be able to obtain TB test resultMust have valid auto insurance with $100,000-$300,000 bodily injury liability insuranceCaregiver Personal Attendant Benefits Include:Hiring for Part-Time & Full-Time Roles.Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Benefits Package Available For All Work Levels.
