Senior Sap Finance Consultant (Fi/Co) — Solution LeadAbout This Opportunity CTI Staffing is partnering with a large, well-established retail organization to find a Senior SAP Finance Consultant (FI/CO) — Solution Lead for their finance systems team based in the Carlisle, PA area (hybrid, one day onsite per week). This team owns the design, configuration, and support of core SAP Finance capabilities in an S/4HANA environment. The organization is investing in modernizing its finance systems footprint, and this role will play a hands-on leadership part in that work — from configuration decisions to stakeholder workshops to production support.What You'll DoLead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, and implementation activitiesConfigure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define financial processes and requirementsManage integration touchpoints with Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, and reporting/analytics platformsPrepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrationsLead system integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution activitiesProvide Level 2/3 production support and root-cause analysis for complex finance system issuesSupport month-end and year-end financial close activitiesRequirementsMust-Have: 10+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting or in-house configuration experience5+ years leading SAP Finance solution design or implementation effortsHands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration experienceDeep understanding of New GL and Universal Journal (ACDOCA)Experience configuring Asset AccountingExperience configuring Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsMinimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementationsNice-to-Have: SAP S/4HANA Finance CertificationTreasury, Cash Management, or FSCM experienceRetail or consumer goods industry backgroundAgile and Waterfall delivery methodology familiaritySAP BTP or SAP Analytics Cloud exposureTechnical Environment: SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO, Fiori, New GL, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, integration with SAP MM/SD/WMWhat Success Looks Like:Independently owns a defined finance workstream within the first 3 monthsRuns stakeholder workshops and translates requirements into solution design with minimal oversightActively contributes to production support and close-cycle stability
