Current open shifts are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Restaurant‑level cooking in a respectful kitchen environment, focused on a team‑oriented culture, focus on quality, consistency, and relationships Encouragement (and training) to grow into a lead cook, sous chef or management roles PTO, paid volunteer hours, and competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision for eligible team members 401(k) for all team members with a company 3% match What you’ll do Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards Execute cook‑to‑order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Work side‑by‑side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming back What you need At least 1 year of cook‑to‑order experience Ability to work some weekends and holidays Availability for the following shifts: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers Background screening requirements Please read: The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requires all new hires to successfully complete and pass an extensive Level 2 background screening, which covers U.S. Federal, State and City checks (submitting fingerprints), prior to the start of employment.
