Details Work in a MedSurg Swing Bed unit providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies for patients transitioning from acute hospital stays to home or long-term care 13-week assignment with night shift hours from 18:30 to 07:00 Requirements Active RN license (Compact or OK) currently in hand BLS certification required (must be AHA) ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Current license and primary source verification, including Nursys, required within 30 days prior to start Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address Additional Information Implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinating care across disciplines Communicate and document patient condition, carrying out physician and nursing orders Coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team Requires critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-750296.
