About the Role Our client is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate with at least 3 years of law firm litigation experience to join their Atlanta office as part of their Global Insurance Department. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of insurance coverage experience representing policyholders or insurers, coupled with litigation experience. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential, along with litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims. Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues are key. Experience with depositions and the ability to handle cases with limited supervision are important, and trial experience is a bonus. Excellent academic credentials and admission to the Georgia bar are required.
