Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance coverage and general litigation, with a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Duties Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production. Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary. Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants. Requirements 12+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation. Licensed to practice in Georgia. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Education Juris Doctorate or equivalent. Certifications Bar license in Georgia. Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
