A highly respected law firm specializing in workers’ compensation defense is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its team in Atlanta. This position offers the opportunity to represent employers and insurance companies throughout Georgia in workers’ compensation matters. Ideal for recent graduates or attorneys with up to three years of experience, this role provides early hands-on case responsibility and active professional development support. Location Atlanta, Georgia Duties Manage claims from inception through resolution with limited partner supervision Take and defend depositions of claimants, witnesses, and medical experts Draft client report letters, motions, and post-trial briefs Develop strategic plans for efficient case resolution Represent clients at mediations and workers' compensation trials Requirements 0–3 years of legal experience (workers’ compensation experience preferred, but not required) Strong interest in litigation and workers’ compensation defense Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Excellent organizational and case management skills Strong commitment to client service and professional development Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications Admission to practice law in the State of Georgia (or eligibility to become admitted promptly) Skills Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation and advocacy skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Benefits & Opportunities 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions Opportunities for remote work a few days per week after completion of training Professional growth through early case responsibility and courtroom experience Supportive, collaborative firm culture focused on attorney development Company Info Our firm is committed to excellence in legal services and professional development, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
