Project Accountant

Project Accountant Regular Full Time Minnetonka, MN, US Responsibilities Project cost accounting. Working closely with Project Managers to generate accurate client billings & collection of past due accounts. Processing client invoices into third party portals. Input and maintain project financial information in Deltek software. Other accounting responsibilities as assigned by the Controller. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of project cost accounting experience including accounting procedures, monthly billings, etc within an AEC firm. Working experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Deltek (Vantagepoint or Vision etc). High attention to detail & problem-solving skills. Highly motivated, professional demeanor with a “can do” attitude. Team-oriented and strong work ethic. Proficient and accurate data entry skills necessary. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, shift focus if needed to assist other staff. Maintain a well-organized system to account for various information processed. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting. Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience highly preferred.
