Cost Accountant

Must have 10 years manufacturing/production accounting experience.

Attention Cost Accountants! We're hiring for a direct-hire opportunity with a stable Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. If you thrive on analyzing costs, improving processes, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Cost Accountant Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 60,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Key Responsibilities

• 10 years of experience in manufacturing/production accounting
• Cost Accounting & Analysis
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Analyze production, labor, material, and overhead costs.
• Monitor job margins and perform cost variance analysis.
• Investigate manufacturing cost deviations.
• Recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Cost Accountant Qualifications:

• Must have 10 years of experience in manufacturing/production accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong work ethic
• Strong personality and cultural fit
• Someone who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
