Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Registered with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Previous experience in Imaging and Interventional Radiology strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating fluoroscopy, digital subtraction angiography, and related medical imaging technologies
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for interventional procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate sophisticated imaging and radiology equipment to assist physicians during procedures
• Practice strict adherence to sterile techniques, infection control, and radiation safety protocols
• Document procedural details and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
• Provide technical support throughout diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment as required

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
