FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're also expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.

Mission:

As a Senior Account Executive out of our New York location, you will be responsible for driving growth across the US market with a focus on financial services banking and insurance. While you'll be supported by the rest of the New York sales, marketing, and BDR teams, you will have a high degree of strategic autonomy regarding growth of your customer base.

What you will do on a daily basis:

• Build and manage relationships with prospective & existing customers across the financial services landscape.
• Source new opportunities to supplement the BDR & marketing teams lead generation efforts, with a focus on enterprise banking and insurance accounts.
• Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand business needs, regulatory challenges, and desired outcomes specific to banking and insurance organizations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to build demonstrations and proposals tailored to financial services use cases.
• Present FlowX.AI's value in a clear, practical way that aligns with customer goals, using Gap Selling principles.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and forecasts.
• Learn and stay current on FlowX.AI's platform, use cases, and evolving customer needs within financial services.
• Contribute feedback from customers to help inform product and go-to-market improvements.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales (SaaS or digital transformation preferred), selling into financial services, banking, or insurance clients.
• Proven track record selling to enterprise clients, ideally within regulated industries.
• A self-starter mindset; comfort in taking ownership of your approach, pipeline, and results.
• Strong ability to identify improvement opportunities, recognize market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Adaptability and effectiveness in fast moving environments, with the ability to think in a structured manner under changing conditions.
• Strong communication and discovery skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and CRM tools.
• Strong interest in AI.
