What you’ll be doing
- Own coordination of recruitment activity across multiple plant locations
- Deliver consistent hiring pipelines for hourly and skilled trade roles
- Engage directly with local communities, schools, and industry networks to attract talent
- Support onboarding, compliance, and recruitment systems to maintain hiring momentum
What you’ll bring
- Experience recruiting in high-volume or frontline workforce environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes
- Comfortable working in plant environments and engaging with operational teams
- Awareness of union or industrial hiring practices is advantageous
