Job Summary The Onsite Operations Supervisor ensures the successful execution of production, logistics, and staffing for pop‑up retail experiences and brand activations. They serve as the primary point of contact during setup, live activation, and breakdown, ensuring smooth and efficient onsite operations that meet Vibee brand standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day operation of activation space, overseeing staff, break coverage, and rhythm of show. Serve as main onsite contact to troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth guest flow, and coordinate team. Maintain brand standards and safety protocols at all times. Supervise daily staffing plan, including check‑ins, break rotations, shift transitions, and bi‑weekly scheduling. Lead pre‑shift briefings and coach team to uphold performance and experience standards. Act as point of contact for all onsite staff, ensuring accountability and morale. Coordinate VIP walkthroughs and client visits, ensuring space is polished and activation‑ready. Represent brand in a professional, on‑brand manner during client‑facing moments. Coordinate with vendors and production teams for load‑ins, asset setup, and daily operational needs. Ensure inventory, signage, and equipment are accounted for each day. Maintain daily compliance with safety, sanitation, venue protocols, and public health guidelines. Lead site‑level risk assessments and implement contingency plans when needed. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in event production, retail activations, or onsite operations. Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills. Experience managing hourly teams in high‑traffic environments. Detail‑oriented with strong time and priority management. Ability to work long hours with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel. Professional response to changes and unexpected situations in dynamic event environments. Work Environment Tolerate loud noise levels and busy onsite environments. May sit for extended periods in varied temperature climates. Work during evenings and weekends as required.
