Onsite - Sr. Technical Program Manager

Job Description Own the end to end delivery of multiple concurrent technical programs, ensuring initiatives are well planned, funded, and delivered on schedule Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps aligned to business and technology objectives Lead cross functional planning and execution across engineering, product, infrastructure, and business teams Coordinate milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs across multiple teams and workstreams Establish operating rhythms including status reporting, executive readouts, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications Own program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with a focus on transparency and accountability Provide clear, timely communication to senior leadership to support informed decision making and issue escalation Partner with senior leaders to align teams around shared goals and measurable outcomes Continuously identify and implement improvements to delivery processes, planning practices, and cross team collaboration We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Required Skills & Experience 7 or more years of experience in Technical Program Management or Program Management within a technology environment Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-team programs with multiple dependencies Strong planning and execution discipline with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments High level of technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering, architecture, and platform teams Experience presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking Highly organized, results oriented, and detail focused Clear, proactive communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and experience working in iterative development environments Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar program and delivery platforms Nice to Have Skills & Experience Background in custom software development with familiarity across the full software development lifecycle Experience supporting engineering, platform, or digital product organizations Experience working in large scale enterprise environments such as travel, hospitality, ecommerce, or entertainment #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
