Role Overview: A Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging exams, collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency Ensure proper patient identification and preparation Conduct exams adhering to protocols Review images for quality Follow radiation safety guidelines Operate imaging equipment and information systems Provide patient education Ensure comfort Practice infection control Maintain accurate records Assist and instruct students and colleagues as needed. Qualifications: ARRT certification Radiologic technologist license BLS certification Potentially Medical Assistant competencies Preferred: 1-2 years radiology experience IV certification Physical Demands: Ability to read labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, manipulate equipment, lift and transfer patients, and navigate busy environments, often standing for extended periods. Location & Compensation: Based in Brighton, Colorado, with a pay range of $29.14 - $44.94 per hour.
