The facility offers 24-hour availability of key services including anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, radiology, and OR response, ensuring providers have the resources needed to deliver exceptional patient care.

Opportunity:
Physician - Hospitalist

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens opportunity with 10-17 shifts available per month
• Night shift hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 8-12 patient encounters per night
• Swing shift APP support available from 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Must have an active Pennsylvania medical license - PA license only accepted
• Clean malpractice history required with ability to start ASAP
• Board certification required (Certified minimum)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60-120 days
• Provide adult inpatient hospitalist services including ICU-level care
• Perform and manage non-invasive and invasive ventilation including acute and chronic cases
• Procedures include intubation, chest tube placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement, and PICC line placement
• Perform and interpret EKGs, cardiac stress tests, and echocardiograms
• Nearest airport is Harrisburg International
• Overtime requires approval from Department Admin
• Providers must swipe out and back in for lunch as it is not included in worked hours

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
