North Point Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for our AC Hotel by Marriott Savannah Historic District, situated on the Savannah River and boasting a rooftop restaurant, riverfront views, and meeting facilities that deliver a memorable guest experience.

As the Director of Sales, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, cultivate key client relationships, grow market share, and drive top-line revenue performance across the properties. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales team while collaborating closely with hotel leadership to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

Must have 3+ years of proven hotel sales leadership


Must have led a team and possess strong leadership skills


Proven success supporting revenue growth and exceeding sales goals within hospitality


Marriott brand experience strongly preferred


Experience in group sales strategy


Motivated self-starter


Bachelor’s degree preferred


Pay based upon experience. Extensive benefits package offered.
