Dietary Aide

Join The Pleasant View Team! Now hiring a Dietary Aide- Must have a high school diploma. Job Descriptions and Duties: Work with the facility's Dietitian/Director of Food Services as necessary and implement recommended changes as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Ensure that food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Assist with the service and delivery of food trays to designated areas, cleaning of the kitchen per established protocols, and proper washing and cleaning of food utensils and dishes. Prepare and deliver snacks as directed. Set up and serve meals, assist in daily cleaning duties as assigned, collect and distribute menus, and assist in checking dietary trays before distribution and deliver food carts to designated areas. Follow appropriate safety and hygiene measures at all times to protect residents and yourself. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
