Overview Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest's needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest's needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
- Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
- Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
- Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
- Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
- 6 months of Bartending experience
- Record of delivering exceptional guest experience
- Effective communication skills
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
- Team Player with a guest first attitude
- Minimum age of 21 years old
