Details Neuro Progressive Care unit within a hospital setting 5-bed Med-Surg rotation required for all staff Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Every other weekend required Rotating holiday coverage required Requirements Active NY RN license required BLS and other required certifications must be from AHA or RQI Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU required Epic EMR experience required Must complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam and skills checklist upon offer No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted Medical exemption required for flu declination; personal or religious exemptions not accepted Additional Information Navy blue scrubs required No blocked scheduling permitted More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period may result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks Local candidates residing within 50 miles in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties are not eligible American Traveler Job ID P-750347.
