Details Operating Room department in a hospital setting Day shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Weekend rotation of 1 in 3 Rotating holiday coverage Possible on-call requirement Requirements Active NY RN license required BLS certification from AHA or RQI required 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room specialty required Strong cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular surgical experience required Epic EMR experience required No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US SSN required; Canadian SIN not accepted Medical exemption only accepted for flu vaccine declination (no personal or religious exemptions) Additional Information Provide perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius are not eligible if located in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties No blocked scheduling permitted Call-outs limited to 3 within a 13-week period; make-up shifts required within 6 weeks of last call-out RTO must be requested at time of consideration American Traveler Job ID P-750348.
