Accounts Payable Specialist
CAHEC Management, LLC
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and managing vendor relationships. This position requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data management software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
