Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

Serve as the primary HRIS administrator for ADP Workforce Now
• Manage HR data, employee records, and system-related processes
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
• Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance initiatives
• Provide general HR support across employee relations and day-to-day HR operations

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

Advanced expertise in ADP Workforce Now is required
• Experience as an HR Generalist across multiple HR functions
• Background in benefits administration, employee records, and HR operations
• Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment
