Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests across diverse fields such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for thorough testing as necessary.
• Record processes meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean, secure working space and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health credential, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification during your tenure with us.
