EHS AdministratorWe are looking for an experienced Administrator who will help with organization of corporate activities on a daily basis, supporting managers and ensuring our office procedures run smoothly. Your duties will include managing office equipment, booking meetings and events, distributing mail, budget administration, time keeping, ordering office supplies and materials, and effective communication with all teams.You should be highly organized, able to multitask with ease and have experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.Responsibilities Are:Perform all work safely and according to company standardsWork well with others within the team and throughout the organizationRegular attendance is an essential function of the positionProvide excellent customer service and professionalism with all communicationSchedule and arrange for monthly team activitiesPrepare reports for upper managementOrder/Purchase office supplies and materialsMonitor and maintain departmental budgetsUse SAP to record and track invoices for the departmentCommunicate with all teams and departments. Relay information as requiredMaintain electronic documents. File hard copy documentsPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements Are:Education:(Required) high school diploma or GED(Preferred) bachelor's degree; business administration major or related fieldExperience:(Preferred) previous relevant experience(Preferred) previous experience in the manufacturing industryLanguage:(Required) good command of written and spoken EnglishSkills & Knowledge:Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resourcesCustomer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
