Location: Lincoln, Michigan
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $89.3 - $66.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist License
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel and reside outside the facility's 50-mile radius
