What Youll Be Responsible For Operating manual and CNC equipment with precision and consistency. Reading and executing detailed technical instructions without shortcuts. Inspecting, measuring, and verifying parts using precision measurement tools. Troubleshooting production or equipment issues and working through problems independently. Meeting production targets without sacrificing quality or process standards. Maintaining accurate documentation and process-control records. Preferred: Associates degree or 2+ years of post-secondary education/training. Equivalent technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn complex processes will also be considered.
