We are currently conducting interviews for a Contract Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations for a manufacturing environment.
Monday to Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM
$25-$35 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounting transactions, invoices, payments, and billing
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare checks, ACH payments, and accounting documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audits
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting experience preferred
- Manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial experience is a plus
- On-site in Orange, CA
