Job Title: Regional Maintenance Trainer III Department: Facilities Supervisor Title: Regional Maintenance Training Supervisor Job Summary The HVAC/R Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for field technicians, ensuring competency in commercial HVAC/R systems, refrigeration technologies, and compliance standards. This role supports technician development, operational consistency, and safety across the organization. Minimum Qualifications EPA 608 Universal Certification (required) Minimum 6 years of commercial HVAC/R experience Strong background in retail / convenience store refrigeration systems Proven ability to train, mentor, and evaluate technicians Technical Knowledge & Expertise The HVAC/R Trainer must demonstrate working knowledge and hands‑on experience in: Refrigerants & Systems
