Quick FactsLocation: 17043 Main Street, Hesperia, CA 92345Start Date: 07/18/2026End Date/Duration: Please inquireShift: 8:00 am 5:00 pm (clinic hours)Hours/Week: 40 hoursEmployment Type: Locums with potential for perm conversionLicense/Certs: Active California medical license, BLS, DEAExperience: Pediatric experience preferredPay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive, to be discussed upon application)Benefits: Weekly pay, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure and travel reimbursements, robust referral bonus program, and dedicated support team What You ll DoProvide outpatient pediatric care in a busy clinic settingSee an average of 25 patients per day, with scheduled flexibility for no-showsConduct assessments, examinations, and follow-up careDocument patient encounters accurately using electronic medical records (EPIC or similar)Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centered careParticipate in optional community outreach or educational activitiesEnsure compliance with all licensing and clinical standards What You NeedActive California medical licenseBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of residency)BLS certificationProficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systemsPrior outpatient pediatric experienceBilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus but not required About the Assignment
