Florida Licensed Large Group Sales Executive

Seeking a Florida Licensed Large Group Sales Executive, the full-time remote position will drive new business growth by managing the entire sales cycle, building broker relationships, and leading complex sales opportunities within Florida's commercial employer market. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a growth strategy for employer groups with 51+ eligible employees Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and implementation Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and employer decision-makers Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 11 years of relevant experience Minimum 7 years of healthcare sales experience, specifically in commercial employer group sales Proven success in selling through brokers and managing RFPs and negotiations Established relationships with broker agencies and consulting firms preferred Must obtain a Florida 2-40 Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire
